Randi Steele was one of the intrepid radio pioneers who built a shipborn transmitter and tried to broadcast from outside the three mile limit. Together with Alan Weiner she helped set up the sortwave station known as WBCQ - The Planet. Here she describes her battle against racist and homophobic religious broadcasters for control of theairwaves.
