Despite more coverage of Iraq due to Barack Obama's visit the big unreported story continues to be civilian casualties. Political climate, Kirkuk and Diyala Province; Prof. Boyle outlines offer to Tehran to represent Iran at ICJ.
Could the International Court of Justice at the Hague draft an emergency restraining order to prevent the US and or Israel from making further threats of war against Iran? That might prevent a war.
