Lies from McCain on what drilling would do for gas prices plus environmental truths and media critique. And we look at a new book about Obama by Jerome Corsi, remember his book on John Kerry that was full of lies too?

We look at a WP story too: From the program: According to the Washington Post oil industry executives contributed some $1.1 million to McCains presidential campaign in July, after his reversal on offshore drilling. And on Wednesday August 6th the Posts Matthew Mosk revealed former naval officer Harry Sargeant III, owner of an oil-trading company that recently got defense contracts worth potentially $1 billion has become a money man for John McCain, collecting money to bundle through the RNC. Individual donors give maximum amounts and Sergeant bundles them together into larger figures for McCain. According to Mosk, Sergeants connections include the CIA and while the law forbids high-level supporters from writing huge checks says Mosk, Sergeants friends in the Middle East and the former chief of the CIAs bin Laden unit now a consultant to his company helped bring in $100,000 for three presidential candidates, McCain, Hillary Clinton, and Rudi Guilianni.
Mosk says Sergeants military contracts are being investigated by California Representative, Henry Waxman, who mentioned an intriguing letter of authorization for Sergeant from the Jordanian government to move the fuel across its territory to Iraq. Sergeant admits to having a vast network of people to turn to for funds.
