Obama can do a lot for human rights by ratifying three treaties and the ICC, International Criminal Court. Cohn outlines her four part series and discusses need for Obama and Biden to hold Bush and Cheney accountable for their crimes.
Marjorie Cohn is author of several books including the 2007 book, Cowboy Republic, Six Ways the Bush Gang Has Defied the Law, which chronicled his war of aggression, policy of torture, illegal killings, unlawful Guantanamo detentions, and secret spying on Americans.
