A cooking show teaching listeners how to cook three Hungarian dishes:
-Rakott Krumpli: A potato and sausage casserole
-Paprikas Csirke: Chicken stewed in Paprika
-Palacsinta: Crepes.

This episode is an experimental ethnography, looking at what kinds of conversation emerge from cooking and eating family recipes.
