The station budget was again approved along with suggested revisions. The purpose and scope of the Outreach Committee was approved. A standing Committee on the Arts was approved. A motion was approved authorizing membership fee waivers for voting eligibility.
The recorded individuals would prefer that no commercial use be made of this recording, but this was a public meeting under California law. The recording started two hours late.
