Summary: YES! It's APOCALYPSE TIME again, seekers--and whosever final act it is, I am THERE! Just in case those wacky, loosely translated Mayans got it right and December 21st IS the end of time as Pinks know it, we'll need some background music--so I cobbled us together an hour-long array of the finest EndTimes ambience for the way out, featuring Oingo Boingo, Wanda Jackson, Nina Hagen, the Queers, Tom Lehrer, '80s bands the Suburbs and Root Boy Slim and the Sex-Change Band with the Rootettes, the Chad Mitchell Trio, Suburban Lawns, Wendy O. Williams and the Plasmatics, the Dead Milkmen, and Frances Cannon (AKA Fran Baskerville) the Singing Psychic with a FUNHOUSE favorite--"Earthquakes," her flat, nasal, disco-fueled, and totally sincere dire warning for tectonic turmoil in 1987.

So dare to think of it--this is where all that procrastination you've been investing is going to pay off BIG TIME! At this point, anything you've been wise enough to back-burner ain't NEVER gonna get done. HA! And I wouldn't waste my time this week cleaning my house or brushing my teeth or wiping my butt or--hell, or ANYTHING that takes work. Because if we're lucky, it's all gonna BURN...!!!!

But--where have we heard THAT one before?!!
