Samara Swanston, an attorney for the NYC City Council Plans and Environmental Committee speaks about the proactive work it is doing.
The Q&A is largely about stopping a natural gas pipe line that would feed a now coal burning plant and the awareness that the pollutants from natural gas combustion are major respiratory threats.
