On the Indymedia Show tonight we will take you live on the streets in Waller County to hear voices from the growing movement demanding justice for Sandra (Sandy) Bland. Bland was found dead in her cell on Monday of what the Waller County Coroner's Office ruled a suicide. This official ruling came quickly, too quickly for loved ones who are questioning it based on her relocating to TX from a Chicago suburb to accept a position she was recently offered at her Alma Mater, Texas A and M Prairie View. On the heels of questions being raised, a cell phone video of Bland's arrest, in which she is pinned to the ground by two grown men all the while complaining of her ears ringing and arm being numb as a result of her head being slammed on the ground.

What is being overshadowed by the story is that Sandra Bland was also a prominent voice for hope and confronting racism and injustice online via a video series 'Sandy Speaks'.
