Today we feature excerpts from the Left Forum, which was held in New York City this past May of 2016 at John Jay College. In particular we focus on a panel on Israel/Palestine moderated by Paul Jay of the Real News Network out of Baltimore, with panelists Tariq Ali and Norman Finkelstein. Once again we are unable to cover this complete panel in one broadcast, so this is part 1 of 2. We'll broadcast part 2 of this Left Forum Panel next week on This Week In Palestine.
We begin with the introduction of the panel by Paul Jay who will introduce Ali and Finkelstein, then pose questions for discussion. Topics include the fundamental corruption of the PA, one-state versus two-state, and BDS.
