Canada’s national paper, The Globe and Mail, in a front page story, presented yet more evidence that President Paul Kagame of Rwanda gave the order to shoot down the plane carrying two African Presidents, an assassination that unquestionably triggered the ensuing war and massive loss
of life in the Great Lakes region of Africa.

Tiphaine Dickson was the 1st lawyer at the UN International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, to demand that the prosecution disclose what information it had on the shoot-down. The prosecution at the tribunal claimed to have no evidence on the matter, which was a lie.

Now, the issue is back, thanks to a statement from a former RPF general and intimate of Kagame. Ms. Dickson points out key details that must be brought to light.
