Summary: Today we present one of the most remarkable Israeli speakers we know of, Miko Peled. He is introduced by a most remarkable American, Jill Stein, MD. The subject: why we all need to engage in Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) against Israel and all Israeli enterprises. He spoke at the Community Church of Boston on August 28, 2017.

Miko Peled was raised in a Zionist household, and is the son of a renowned IDFgeneral. His recent book: The Generalâs Son: Journey of an Israeli in Palestine.

Quoting from Wikipedia: âIsrael has been on a mission to destroy the Palestinian people for over six decades,â Peled has said. âWhy would anyone not give solidarity to the Palestinian people?â He believes that Israel's actions in the 1967 war were not a response to a real threat ... but acts of bald aggression. And he has said that âevery single Israeli city is a settlementâ and that âexpressing solidarity with Palestinians is the most important thing people can do.â

Miko was introduced by Jill Stein, MD, a prominent speaker and author in her own right and most recently the Green Party's candidate for President of the United States. Stein wore a large "BDS" pin.
