Rise for Climate, Jobs, Justice, & Peace! featuring We the People
Its more urgent now than ever in the face of aggressive federal rollbacks on climate and community protections by the Trump administration to demand that New Yorks elected officials take action on climate change. Rising to that imperative New Yorkers came together to act on climate change, and work for peace, demanding that city, state, and federal officials act now to:
** Plan urgently for just transition to 100% renewable energy ** Halt all fossil fuel infrastructure ** Make corporate polluters pay ** End war: War leads to climate change, and climate change leads to war!
