Hey Listeners,
So a friend recently tagged me for a Facebook game where I had to post a picture of a record that made an impact on me at any age. I was supposed to do this for 20 days without any commentary. Well I couldnât play by the rules. Naturally the DJ in me had to dissect, explain, and give the backstory on each selection. It took a bunch of time, but it was a fun diversion over the holidays.
The other piece of the game is each day you ânominateâ someone else to play along. so tonight Iâm going to feature some of the tracks that friends of mine posted as the 20 records that made an impact on them.
Weâll play some other stuff too â including some new releases. Weâll also hear from Songs From the Road Band and Iâll give away a pair of tickets to see them at The Camel on Thursday night 1/23.
