The Corona Virus pandemic dominates the world’s attention and the media’s focus. So it is also in Palestine. This week we will present an inside look into the effects of the virus in Palestine, and particularly in Bethlehem where COVID-19 has hit the hardest. Palestinians face the double whammy of fighting the pandemic, while resisting the occupation that brings the military and Illegal Jewish Settlers into their space.

You are about to hear a recent Skype conversation between Abed Abusroar, founder and director of the Al Rowwad Cultural Center in the Aida Refugee Camp and Michael Spath, director of the Indiana Center for Middle East Peace in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Michael Spath begins the online conversation.
