Phil once again focuses on the kidnapping, arrest, and trial of Paul Rusesabagina in Kigali, Rwanda.
Paul has removed himself from the trial because he was illegally rendered to Rwanda and is actually a Belgian citizen. In addition, he has been denied access to his lawyers and suffered having his personal papers read by the prosecution.
One of the witnesses for the prosecution of Rusesabagina was a teacher in California. She is a registered agent of the government of Rwanda, paid $5,000 a month to seek out information about opponents of the Kagame regime. In other words, she is a police information and an agent provocateur who sought out many Rwandan expatriates with the purpose of linking them to illegal activities.
A new book, "Do Not Disturb," has been written by Michaela Wrong about Paul Kagame, the present dictator of Rwanda. The book documents the assassinations by Kagame's RPF of two African Presidents, which started the killings in Rwanda in 1994.
