The Nazis promised everything to everybody in a manifesto issued in February, 1920, titled the 25-point Program aka the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei, about which German political scientist and historian of the Weimar Republic Karl Dietrich Bracher wrote “was little more than an effective, persuasive propaganda weapon for mobilizing and manipulating the masses.
