Vermont&amp;#039;s Department of Public Service first opposed the move, but now they have agreed to it.

Thomas Weiss has reviewed the laws and thinks the Department has exceeded its authority, and that it&amp;#039;s not protecting the interests of Vermonters it&amp;#039;s required to protect.
