Phil Conlon reports on the uplifting story of the union-organizing drive at Canada Goose in Winnipeg, where the venture capitalist, who bought out the Canadian enterprise, moved the operation in an attempt to break the union.

It took five years but the union was certified in January 2021 with a certification vote of 86% of the mainly-female workers.
