Your support is essential if the service is to continue, there are bandwidth bills to pay every month and failing disk drives to replace. Volunteers do the work, but disk drives and bandwidth are not free. We encourage you to contribute financially, even a dollar helps. Click here to donate.

Discussion of impacts of unregulated population growth as proposed in draft general plan update for Tulare County
recorded by Don Manro
At 53 min. 10 sec., after the question on infill development, Greg Kirkpatirick forgot to turn on his mic, so is inaudible. The recorder also stopped at 54 min. 17 sec. while he was talking. I suggest inserting explanation of why it's missing.

At 1 hr. 09 min. 30 sec., I changed CDs. I missed the question directed to Mike Knopf. I suggest inserting that fact and stating that the question is about the ability of developers to reduce the environmental footprint of projects. The recorder quit at 1 hr. 10 min. 03 sec. during Mike's response. I didn't notice that had happened until Laurel had started answering a question about the increasing need for public transportation.

The remainder of the recording went normally. The audio has been digitally compressed for compatibility with broadcast dynamic range limitations.
