Self-contained 29-minute radio program, ready for broadcast

Within a five-block radius of TUC Radio's studios, a grassroots struggle is being waged to protect an area that has been home to the City's Latino community. We had here a host of non-profits and small businesses that serve that community, and a vibrant arts scene. Now we see, in our immediate neighborhood, daily evictions, new internet-business construction, and gentrification. We hear from community activists engaged in the struggle to save what had been our city from becoming the most expensive real estate on the planet.
Recorded by Jeffrey Blankfort, produced by Maria Gilardin
