This is the fifth installment of "The Point." The show airs on WHRW FM 90.5 Binghamton on Tuesdays from 10 AM - 1 PM. It also streams on whrwfm.org.

This weeks show features Helen Slottje of Horseheads, NY and Annie Lenihan of Oxford, NY. Helen is a lawyer who is fighting the proposed Schlumberger natural gas facilities site that is being built in Horseheads. Annie is an activist in the Oxford area who works with CDOG (Chenango Delaware Otsego Gas Drilling Opposition Group). They share their experiences, the work they are involved in, and ideas on how to get involved.
