Seventy-six men arrived off the coast of British Columbia in a barge from Sri Lanka in mid-October. All, but one, continue to be detained in a jail outside of Vancouver. Todd Ross speaks for Canadian Human Rights Voice, a non-profit organization advocating for human rights in Sri Lanka.
