A collage focused on carbon and methane and the planets environment. Not a feel-good program.
see program notes
The program begins with several perspectives concerning petroleum and then about midway through concentrates on methane clathrates and the March 2010 findings that they are in deed being released off the Siberian coast. This is not a happy event so some satirical music is included. The later part of the show is somewhat dense with scientific information concerning these recent findings (though easily understandable by the layman). Gee, this program is not meant as pure entertainment!
