Classic Chomsky. A major address with Q&A. The Q&A portion is particularly interesting.
Portions of this talk and Q&A were used in the Chomsky Documentary "Manufacturing Consent." If you know the film well, it's interesting to hear what was edited out.
Date for this recording is only my best guess. This address may have been given as much as a year prior or later.
