Prof Ragan was quoted in the Globe and Mail suggesting that economic stimulus, when necessary, might be most efficiently delivered by giving more money to the jobless. This runs counter to established neoliberal thought and Prof Ragan discusses the likelihood and the benefits of such action in our interview.
