Artist, scholar, author and grandmother, Lydia Ruyle's research into the sacred iminates of women have taken her around the globe. She taught on the Visual Arts faculty of U. of Northern Colorado, Greeley, for 25 years. Goddess Icons are sacred images of the divine feminine from the many cultures of the world. Each image was created and revered at some time in human history. Spirit Banners have flown all over the world, spreading their divine feminine energy, and will be on display at upcoming Matriarchal Studies conference at Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco, May 10.
