Feb 26th LAB emergency meeting
New bylaws are being written for the Pacifica Foundation. The LAB's will sign off on parts that include elections. This meeting was called to address the problems this LAB sees in the process.
members present: Marion Borenstein (vice chair-acting), Lee Kronick (acting secty), Mimi Rosenberg (term has expired 1-2002), Vincent Panama Alba (rarely attends), Anne Emmerman, Anthony MacKall, Gail Golden, Ray LaForest (iPNB and LAB member), Connie Hogarth (rarely attends).

this is an atypical type of WBAI LAB meeting where the behavior of acceptance of every and all motions no matter what they may be or who they may be from, board member or attendee, or employee of the station was exercised. The Chair and Secty, who usually ask questions could not attend.
