Interview with Scott Ritter, former Chief of U.N. Weapons Inspection in Iraq from 1991 to 1998. In this February 17, 2004, Ritter comments on recent statements by former weapons inspector David Kay, President Bush and CIA Director George Tenet that Iraq does not have weapons of mass destruction and that earlier allegations against Saddam Hussein were erros due to "faulty intelligence." This is the second Free Radio Santa Cruz interview with Ritter.
