No to Police Use of Military Weapons to Terrorize Black and Latinx Communities - Abolish the "1033 Program".

James Baldwin captured the sense of subjugation and domination wrought by increasingly militarized police, decades ago when he wrote that a police officer moves through Harlem like an occupying soldier in an increasingly hostile country. Weapons of destruction are used to terrorize our people. Therefore we cannot accept band-aid solutions to institutionalized terror under the cover of law. Jaribu Hill.
