Panelists include Elaine Brière a Canadian film-maker, Jean St-Vil, Haitian born activist and commentator, Haitian born scholar Kira Paulemon, and Brian Concannon, a human rights lawyer and foreign policy advocate. The moderator of the discussion was Bianca Mugyenyi, an activist, journalist and director of the Canadian Foreign Policy Institute.
