FOUR DAYS AGO, AN UNARMED 13-YEAR OLD BLACK TEEN-AGER WAS SHOT DEAD BY THE POLICE IN LOS ANGELES, PROMPTING MAYOR JAMES HAHN TO URGE THE LAPD TO REVISE ITS POLICIES REGARDING SHOOTING AT MOVING VEHICLES. YERSTERDAY, THE PEOPLES ORGANIZATION FOR PROGRESS CALLED FOR A MARCH FOR JUSTICE FOR RASHEED FUQUAN MOORE, WHO WAS KILLED IN SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES, BY NEWARK POLICE OFFICER THOMAS RUANE, RIGHT AFTER MIDNIGHT ON JANUARY 24. WBAI FRED NGUYEN WAS AT THE PROTEST AND FILED THIS REPORT:
