Good Guys, #2
Weekly Program
Jello Biafra; Kenneth Dowst
 Kenneth Dowst  Contact Contributor
Oct. 17, 2008, 4:52 p.m.
Features selections from a very funny 2-hour comic-satiric monologue recorded this summer. First Jello reviews the world news (emphasizing vice, folly, & general weirdness). Then he skewers every major-party aspirant to the Presidency, not least of all "the Barack star" (plus N. Pelosi). Also droll commentary by me and a relevant song.
Produced at WWUH-FM, "Public Alternative Radio," at the University of Hartford. Feedback to kdowst@hotmail.com. Thanks to Hunchentoot for supplying a recording of Jellos complete performance.
Song--David Rovics, "Paul Wolfowitz"

SERIES OVERVIEW -- Political and social commentary in a variety of genres. Exploring the gap between what we want ... and what they're trying to make us settle for. "Date recorded" = date of first scheduled broadcast.

* BROADCAST ADVISORY * -- Squeaky-clean throughout except 1 use of the term "asshole" at around 27:15.
