Since the introduction of NAFTA, six million Mexicans have gone to live in the U.S. Most of these people are undocumented. They provide valuable labour for the American economy, yet they are criminalized and deprived of economic rights. We speak with David Bacon, author of Illegal People, about the government policies that have lead to this situation.
