This installment examines 3 more ways in which the US news media distort the truth about events in Israel-Palestine. The third way, "Marginalized Voices," really hit home for me. Through interviews & (European) TV clips, we get a rare glimpse of the thousands of Israelis and Palestinians who are working nonviolently for peace and justice in Palestine. You'll never see THEM on the TV news! Interviews & TV clips are supplemented by insights from 'talking heads' famous and obscure.

The blog entry for this installment is a 62-photo (& 2-map) PHOTOESSAY exploring similarities between Palestine today and the Warsaw Ghetto (1940-1943). Includes super photography by the Reich's talented photographers and excellent work by professional photojournalists today--images most U.S. media wouldn't touch. http://newworldnotes.blogspot.com/2009/03/peace-propaganda-promised-land-part-3_10.html . [Swap a colon for that question mark.]

Outline of this installment-- (1) Myth of U.S. Neutrality; (2) Myth of the Generous Offer; (3) Marginalized Voices; (4) Is Peace Possible? (advocates 2-state solution).
