An interview with Roch Tassé coordinator of the International Civil Liberties Monitoring Group focused on the recently reintroduced anti-terror legislation by Canada’s Conservative government who have reintroduced two controversial provisions within the post-9/11 Anti-Terrorism Act. If passed, the recently tabled legislation would once again extend policing powers such as investigative hearings and preventive arrests.
