Maybe Chicago was lucky to avoid further loss of liberty...Thousands of police and army, more surveillance cameras, heavy equipment for local police (to stay), and generally "shut up" for critics, and "go away" for the poor and homeless. New law will allow the homeless to be rounded up and jailed for their own good during the games...
