Pres. Obama announced his jobs program, Donna Conroy announces hers, it's the H-1B and L-1 Visa Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act of 2009 (S. 887) and it could give US workers back their rights to be considered for jobs in America.
US workers overlooked by corporations trying to break social contract, and hire workers from China, India, and other places. The corporation holds their visas, and they can in some cases be like indentured servants.
