I have never believed that there is a secret United Nations plot to take over the US. I have never seen black helicopters hovering in the sky above Montana. But, for the first time in my life, I think the formation of some sort of world government is plausible.
The U.S. Department of Defense defines psychological warfare as:
"The planned use of propaganda and other psychological actions having the primary purpose of influencing the opinions, emotions, attitudes, and behavior of hostile foreign groups in such a way as to support the achievement of national objectives." [2]
G20 law gives police sweeping powers to arrest people
... The regulation was made under Ontarioâs Public Works Protection Act and was not debated in the Legislature. According to a provincial spokesperson, the cabinet action came in response to an âextraordinary requestâ by Toronto Police Chief Bill Blair, who wanted additional policing powers shortly after learning the G20 was coming to Toronto.

âThe police let this happen on purpose to justify the $1-billion expense,â said David Langille, of the social advocacy group Poor No More. âThere are 19,000 cops here and they could have stopped this.â
