Interview with Mayor of Segou MALI, Ousmane Simaga and members of the delegation visiting Richmond to sign the sister city agreement with Richmond's Mayor Dwight C. Jones. The delegation spoke French, translations provided by Dr. Poulton, 2005-2009 president of Va Friends of Mali, the nonprofit responsible for the sister city project.
