à Colmáin carefully constructs the US changing from "strong-arm" military dictator tactics to using "civil society" (including human rights) groups, esp. with youth groups. This was their answer to getting rid of a dictator but retaining the economic dictatorship.
à Colmáin states that: "It was an ingenious foreign policy strategy and replicated almost around the world. Today they are basically doing that everywhere." That mess is being duplicated in Burundi today, and it is all part of a full destabilization of Africa. He adds that the British created the "Syrian Observatory of Human Rights" whose reports are scripted by the MI6.
Inserting snipers in crowds of peaceful protestors, as was done in Darayya, Syria, March 17, 2011, is the tested modus operandi of the CIA. The killings are blamed onto the targeted government and then the Western media takes it from there.
Many African leaders are becoming friendly to China because the Chinese (who are trying to protect their interests) are constructive - building things and providing technical knowledge, while the US/Allies are destructive - bombing and creating terrorist gangs, destabilization, invasion, demonization, and sanctions.
