In 1948 the UN set a roadmap to resolve the question of Kashmir’s future.

There was to be a withdrawal of armed forces, most particularly the Indian army, a plebiscite was to be held. Now, so many years later, that solution is still not possible due to the presence of 700,000 Indian soldiers. The Kashmiri people have resumed their struggle, tens of thousands have taken to the streets, and only a democratic solution will solve the matter.

Zafar Bangash also provides an update on the struggle to defeat American supported terrorists in Syria.
