After that — it’s history time at the Thunderbolt! We contemplate the almost complete dearth of dirty deeds done by Abraham Lincoln during his presidency — and then we reveal the dirty details of a highly under-publicized slave revolt that occurred in Louisiana in 1811.

Then — for the feature Thunderbolt this week — we describe some of the truly mind-bending technological and scientific breakthroughs that humanity is about to achieve — if only we can survive as a species!
