Mary Pike spent much of the Summer in Greece working with a group called Refuge for Refugees which is bringing help to those who have fled war in the Middle East and some economic migrants too. Shes worried that our elected politicians simply do not care about these people who are treated as being in limbo, almost sub human, with little or no purpose to their lives and not enough to live on. The only way these children can escape their poverty is through education. Only through education can these kids learn skills that will help them competitively join the workforce. Only with knowledge can they secure jobs that pay well. These kids can barely read or write â they are unemployable! They are very underprivileged, but we can change that. Northampton based Blogger Michael Tyler explains how Google has censored his and many other investigative articles, in some cases entirely removing them from its searches as if they never existed, so you wouldnt find them even if you searched for the exact page title or headline, enclosed in quotes.
