A lawyers' organization involved with UN established courts is asking why the UN does nothing to help released prisoners to return to their families. The countries who turned over these individuals to the UNICTR do not take them back. All the problems, says Jacobs, are traceable to the fact of demonization of the accused, and the non-presumption of innocence by those who established the court.
