Jonathan Kuttab is a human rights lawyer from East Jerusalem, and once a visiting professor at Osgoode Law School. He describes the content of his upcoming speaking engagements in Stratford and Toronto, and also discusses recent troubling events in Palestine.

Kuttab argues that Israel has destroyed the possibility of a Palestinian state and the 'two-state solution.' Israel completely undermined the Oslo process by encroaching on Palestine via illegal settlements. Trump is attempting to solidify this conquest through handing Jerusalem entirely to Israel, and ending the 'right-to-return' by axing the UN refugee program.

Trump's embrace of the Israeli position has removed the illusion of the U.S. as a 'mediator' in the conflict. The world will move away from the U.S./Israeli colonization effort.
