Walter Rockler is a Washington Lawyer and was present at the Nuremberg Nazi War Crimes trials after World War II - as a prosecutor of Nazi Bankers.

He speaks on the destruction of international law with the illegal war against Yugoslavia at a press conference of the Ad-Hoc committee.
